Oral appliances for treatment of sleep-related breathing disorders function by protruding and helping to stabilize the mandible in order to maintain a patent upper airway during sleep. Devices rely on various calibration mechanisms designed with a goal of finding the most therapeutic position. This video demonstrates the calibration of multiple protrusive mechanisms.
