Overview
Dental sleep medicine relies heavily on team members for efficient and effective delivery of care. Knowledgeable, well-trained team members improve economic and practical workflows while enhancing the patient experience. This online program provides relevant and sequential content to allow even the most novice team members to acquire valuable experience for immediate application.
Objectives

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the importance of sleep, the pathophysiology of sleep-related breathing disorders, and the efficacies of various treatments
  • Apply AADSM standards for best practices in dental sleep medicine
  • Identify practical team roles to improve office efficiencies
  • Consider the economics of dental sleep medicine and reimbursement options
Target Audience
Team members in dental practices providing oral appliance therapy.
