Overview
Clinicians who work with evaluation and management coding need to be aware of significant revisions to documentation requirements implemented by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and taking effect January 1, 2021. This recorded lecture will provide critical understanding to support code levels and establish medical necessity.

Alex Vaughan, DDS, MS is a board-certified orofacial pain specialist and co-founder of Virginia Total Sleep in Richmond Virginia.
